The history of Kaetsu Brewery dates back to the end of the Edo period. The company was established in its current location through the merger of four companies scattered throughout three prefectures in the Hokuriku region with the ambition of creating a new concept of sake. Inheriting the tradition of "Kaga's chrysanthemum sake" rooted in the culture of Kaga area, and making full use of new technology, this brewery is committed to brewing high quality sake that is both bold and refined.
